    Tell us how you invoice today: where jobs come from and how clients pay. We reply within one working day with a short written plan.

  2. We set it up with you

    We connect it to your website or forms and your payment method, set your reminder days, and put it live on your server or ours. You send us a few details; the plan gives you a date.

  3. It runs

    Invoices and reminders go out by themselves. You get an email when a client pays.

Automatic invoice reminders: your questions

Can I chase late invoices automatically?
Yes. Once an invoice goes out, a polite reminder follows three days before it’s due and a firmer one the day after it’s late. You choose the reminder days. When a client pays by card, the reminders stop by themselves.
What does “pay once” mean?
You pay £490 once, with no subscription. If it runs on your own server, the code and the set-up are yours. Fixes to what we built are free for the first 30 days after set-up. If you would rather we host it, that’s £9 a month on your own web address, and it’s optional.
Do I need a Stripe account?
For card payments, yes. A Stripe account is free to open and we help you connect it. Stripe takes its usual card fees; none of that goes to us. Bank transfers work without Stripe: you tick the invoice off as paid in one click and the reminders stop.
What if my website isn’t on WordPress?
That’s fine. Wix, Squarespace, a custom site or just a booking form can usually be connected. We check what’s possible for your site in our first reply, before you pay anything.
Does it replace Xero or QuickBooks?
No. It isn’t accounting software. It does one job: gets your invoices out and chases them until they’re paid. If you already use accounting software, keep it for your books.
