About
I run a small manufacturing business. I built the system that runs it — now I build them for others.
My company makes wooden children’s furniture and sells it through retail partners across Europe. The system that handles our orders, stock, costs and invoices is one I built myself, and I use it every day.

About
My own workshop, automated
We make wooden children’s furniture: kitchen step stools, climbing triangles, balance beams, tables and chairs. Our retail partners sit in about 20 countries across Europe, plus the UK and Norway, and their orders come from their own Shopify and WooCommerce shops, from Etsy and through an API.
Once orders, materials and partners multiply, spreadsheets and inboxes stop being enough. You need to know what each product really costs, what is in stock, what to produce next, and which invoice and parcel belongs to whom.
So I built one internal system around how we actually work. It holds about 250 products, about 70 recipes (materials plus labour) and about 75 materials. It handles roughly 120 dropship orders a month, creates FedEx labels and sends partners their tracking e-mails, and issues the invoices.
It is not a demo. It runs our business every day. The same approach is what I now offer to other small manufacturers and online shops.
What runs by itself today
Orders arrive on their own
Orders from partners’ Shopify, WooCommerce and Etsy shops and from the API land in the system without retyping.
Labels and tracking e-mails
FedEx labels are created automatically across several FedEx accounts, and partners get their tracking e-mails.
The cost of every product
About 70 recipes of materials plus labour give a cost for each of about 250 products.
Stock by barcode
The warehouse is managed by scanning barcodes, with about 75 materials on record.
Production and wages
Production tasks, completed work and the wage calculation all live in one place.
Invoices and weekly totals
PDF invoices in English for partners, including combined weekly invoices.
A product feed per partner
Each partner gets their own feed (CSV, JSON or XML) with their own prices.
Instructions in five languages
Assembly instructions in English, German, French, Spanish and Italian.
Customer mail sits in a built-in CRM where AI prepares reply drafts and only a person sends them. The database is backed up every day, with a restore test and alerts.
How I work
- 01
In writing
Everything happens by e-mail and in writing: your description, my written plan, the price and the timeline. You can re-read it, share it and decide in your own time.
- 02
A person approves what AI prepares
AI drafts replies and documents, but nothing is sent or changed without a human “yes”. That is how my own system works too.
- 03
Your data stays yours
Systems run on EU servers (Hetzner, Germany or Finland). The data is yours, and after the final payment the code is too.
- 04
We start small
One process first, for example orders or invoices. When it works, the next one. No big-bang project.
What I can build for you
For small manufacturers and online shops that still run on Excel, e-mail and copy-paste:
Orders from every channel
Orders from your shops and partners collected in one place, with labels and tracking e-mails.
Invoices
Numbered PDF invoices, weekly totals and reminders, issued from the same system.
Stock and product costs
Materials, recipes and warehouse by barcode, so you know what each product costs.
Partner feeds
A product feed in the format each partner needs, with their prices.
A ready-made starting point: automatic invoice reminders for £490 once (€565), no subscription.
