Blusa.eu: a second-hand marketplace with card payments and AI
Blusa.eu is our own platform for second-hand goods and flea markets in Latvia. It brings listings, a market calendar, vendor shops and an organiser tool into one place, with card payments and parcel delivery — and AI that does daily work: listing descriptions from a photo and social media posts published every day.
- Problem
- Second-hand trade in Latvia was scattered. Listings were in one place, market dates on random sites, and organisers managed vendors in Excel and collected fees in cash.
- Solution
- One platform. Listings with card payment through Stripe Connect, Omniva parcel delivery, pickup or digital download. A market calendar and map that also collects events from other sites automatically. An organiser tool with applications, a vendor list, pitch numbers, card payment of fees, a PDF for the municipality and Excel import. Branded vendor shops on their own subdomain. AI that drafts a listing from a photo, and an AI team that prepares and publishes social media posts every day. Plus market reminders by e-mail and web push.

- Live and growing. On 2 October 2026: 134 users and 1,748 active listings; in October 2026 around 240 social posts a month were published automatically.

Marketplace card payments with Stripe Connect
Buyers pay by card directly on the platform. Sellers receive their share, the platform keeps its commission, and seller identity checks are handled through Stripe. Delivery works through Omniva parcel lockers, pickup or digital download.

A seller adds a photo, and a vision model drafts the listing description. In the evening, AI prepares the next day's posts; after a check they are published automatically to Facebook and Instagram through the Meta Graph API and to X through Buffer.

How does AI write a listing from a photo?
The seller adds a photo, and a vision model drafts the description from it. For an online shop we set the same function up so that you check every description before it goes live, with your brand voice and rules written into the AI's instructions. Usage limits keep the cost predictable.
Which social networks does it publish to?
Facebook and Instagram through the Meta Graph API, X through Buffer, and a Telegram channel. Posts are prepared in the evening, go through a check and are then published automatically — posts, stories, carousels and reels. In October 2026 that was around 240 posts a month.
