Basic — €49/month: one site or system on a shared Hetzner server in the EU, SSL with automatic renewal, daily backups kept for 14 days, restore if something breaks, uptime monitoring, server security updates and DNS records kept in order
Business — €129/month: everything in Basic, plus monthly software and library updates tested before going live, 2 hours of changes a month, a reply within 1 working day and a short monthly note
Pro — €299/month: everything in Business, plus a dedicated Hetzner server for your project only, 6 hours of changes a month, monitoring of AI automations, outages handled first and a monthly AI cost report

Hetzner is a German hosting provider with data centres in Germany and Finland. Your site, database and backups stay in the EU, and we sign a data processing agreement with every care plan client. We run our own products the same way — including this website.

Backups you can actually restore

A backup only counts if it can be restored. In our Inventory system the database is copied every night (14 daily and 8 weekly copies), a restore is tested every week, and an alert goes out if a copy is late or the disk is full. Every care plan includes daily backups and a restore when something breaks.

Moving an existing website to us

You don't need a new website to start. We look at your current site first, then move it to a Hetzner server in the EU with SSL, backups and monitoring. If the site itself is holding you back, we'll tell you straight and quote a rebuild.

Questions

How much does website maintenance cost per month?

Basic costs €49 a month and covers the server, SSL, daily backups and uptime monitoring. Business is €129 and adds software updates, 2 hours of changes and a reply within 1 working day. Pro is €299 with a dedicated server and 6 hours. Extra work is €65 per hour, agreed in advance.

Can I cancel the care plan?

Yes, any month. There is no lock-in: if you leave, we hand over the code, a database export and all access, and help move everything to your new developer or server. After the final payment for the build, the code, design and content are yours anyway.

Where is my data stored, and what about GDPR?

On Hetzner servers in the EU, in Germany or Finland. Your site, database and backups stay in the EU. We sign a data processing agreement (DPA) with every care plan client, which sets out what we do with personal data on your behalf and how it is protected.

Can you look after a website you didn't build?

Usually, yes. We review the site first: how it is built, what it runs on and what state it is in. Then we move it to a Hetzner server in the EU with SSL, backups and monitoring. If the site is holding you back, we'll say so and quote a rebuild instead.
