Integrations, AI assistants and secure hosting in the EU

A system is most useful when it talks to the tools you already use. We connect payments, carriers, online shops and accounting where they offer an API or file export, and can add AI assistants that prepare drafts for your approval. Everything runs on Hetzner servers in the EU.

How much does custom business software cost?

A custom system starts from €5,000 for up to three core modules, three user roles, one data import and one integration. The price grows with extra modules, integrations and data migration. After a free call you get a written plan with stages, dates and the agreed price before any work begins.

How long does it take to build a custom system?

Systems are delivered in stages. You get a working first stage early and review it with us; the written plan shows dates for the rest. That way you can start using the system — and correct course — long before the last module is ready, instead of waiting months for one big launch.

Can you import our existing Excel data?

Yes. One import from Excel or CSV is included in the base package, so your lists of products, customers or records move in and you don't start from zero. Migration from an old system is quoted by volume. Often the import is the very first step of the project.

Who owns the system and the data?

You do. After the final payment the code, design and content are yours, and the data always was. You get access to the code repository and the server. If you ever leave, we hand over the code, a database export and all access, and help with the move.
